Event Policy

The deadline for transfers and refunds is 11:59pm ET on March 1. 
If you need to cancel your Forum 2024 registration you may transfer your admittance to another individual, or you can choose to receive a refund. Requests for transfers and refunds must be made in writing to registrar@nawb.org on or before March 1, 2024. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt. 
 
The Administrative Fee for all cancellations is $75 per purchased ticket. This fee will be deducted from all cancellations made before the March 1 deadline. There is no fee for transfers. Cancellations made after March 1 will not receive a refund. Please note that this date will not change in the event of a registration deadline extension. 

For all other paid events
If you need to cancel your registration you may transfer it to another individual, or receive a refund. Requests for transfers and refunds must be made in writing to nawb@nawb.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

NAWB discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on NAWB’s behalf or to provide services available at NAWB events and websites and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using NAWB’s websites and attending NAWB events, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

If you are a registered user of an NAWB member portal or website and have supplied your email address, NAWB may occasionally email you about policy updates and alerts, to solicit your feedback, or to keep you up to date with what’s going on with NAWB and our members.

NAWB takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information. Other than to its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations, as described above, NAWB discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or when NAWB believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of NAWB, third parties, or the public at large.
