- Noah Reandeau is the President of Model Solutions, a mission-driven firm focused on sharing best practices. Prior to founding Model Solutions, Noah served as the Executive Director of the Washington Economic Development Association, where he advocated for policy and funding solutions for economic development and workforce agencies. In this role, Noah served on the Retooling Washington’s Workforce committee that was organized to bring workforce, business, and labor organizations together to discuss and advance best practices. Noah has worked with policymakers in all 50 states, presented to associations in ten countries and been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

- Chip Rogers is the Director of Business Development at Dun & Bradstreet, the world’s largest provider of business intelligence. Founded in 1841, organizations of every size have relied on Dun & Bradstreet to provide force-multiplying information and actionable intelligence. In his role, Chip manages a team that assists state and local workforce and economic development agencies in scaling business engagement, supplier diversity and DEI initiatives. A heralded and frequently requested speaker, Chip has presented at numerous industry conferences including regular events at NAWB, IEDC, NAMPI and C2ER.
- Ali Varinlioglu is the Founder and CTO of Kalabrate, which provides a comprehensive suite of online tools for workforce training and employment advancement. Noticing that employers were starting to utilize artificial intelligence tools to sort and cull job applicants, Ali founded Kalabrate to provide job seekers with the same tools to provide equity and comprehensive assistance in navigating the employment process. Prior to founding Kalabrate, Ali served as a software engineering manager at Cisco and led software development for multiple startups.
