Forum 2025 Board Chairs and Executive Directors' Session (Members Only)

The public workforce system currently faces critical issues on many fronts. Before The Forum formally begins this year, NAWB is convening the executive directors and board chairs of workforce boards, state associations, and state boards to discuss how we can meet this moment.  

Please join us on Saturday, March 29, from 5-6 pm at the Washington Hilton.  

As leaders within the system, we must manage the disruption we face daily and find opportunities to ensure you continue to achieve your missions. This work can be lonely, but it should not be. We are better and stronger when we work together. During this special session, we will explore ways to lead with goals of delivering results today and strengthening our system for the future.  

This invitation is exclusively for executive directors and board chairs who are members of NAWB. We look forward to the conversation, and to what we will do together in the months ahead.
