Please join us on for a deep dive conversation on the impact of Digital Learning & Employment Records (LERs).

At the Forum in April, we hosted our very first LER Design Lab where we opened up an initial dialogue around the potential use and application of LERs by Workforce Development Boards across the country. Since then, we've been working closely with our partners to further explore the potential of LERs and how they might shape the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention processes of business across industries. Hear from partners, National Governor's Association on how states are strengthening state and regional integrated data systems and innovative workforce development board, Employ Prince George's, Inc. how they are utilizing technology to create career pathway mapping and validate skills.

We'd like to share what we've learned so far and, more importantly, hear from you your insights as to where and how LERs can benefit the Workforce Development ecosystem.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to unlock the potential of LERs
  • Understand how states are strengthening state/regional LER systems
  • Infer the value proposition for workforce development boards
