Leveraging SNAP Employment & Training to Better Serve Job Seekers on SNAP
Workforce boards are invited to join a workshop focused on SNAP Employment and Training. This session will look at ways Workforce Boards can leverage local SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) programs through co-enrollment and braiding funding as well as coordinating with local public assistance offices administering SNAP benefits and services.
A panel of workforce providers will share their models and best practices on how they braid funding, co-enroll participants in both WIOA and SNAP E&T and work with their SNAP agency. Please note that this event is open to all attendees of The Forum, but tickets are limited.
