NAWB's first Virtual Supply Chain Automation Accelerator event is Wednesday, June 15th. All boards interested in initiating or expanding supply chain automation RAPs in their regions should join.

We're very excited to start bringing our members into the Supply Chain Automation Workforce Hub, a one-stop solution for recruiting and training supply chain automation specialists, focused on work-based learning and in partnership with Department of Labor.

Are your employer partners struggling to recruit, retain, and upskill supply chain automation specialists? The Hub helps employers develop Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs): customized training programs which develop their supply chain automation talent pipelines.

The potential of RAP's is huge, both for workers and employers. Employers can lower recruiting costs and improve retention by gaining a robust talent pipeline; career seekers can earn while they learn skills, receive mentorship, and achieve an industry-standard credential in a blossoming field.

The Hub facilitates all of these outcomes: established employers and training providers offer both a roadmap and ongoing guidance.
