Executive Director <> Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board
The Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our mission.
As the Executive Director, you will:
• Administer policies and provide overall direction within Board guidelines.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities of the office.
• Serve as the CEO, COO, and CFO of the organization.
Education/Experience:
• Five or more years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience working for a Workforce Development or Non-Profit organization preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to workforce development is required with a master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in grant writing and interacting with funders.
• An understanding of federal grants management and Uniform Guidance is preferred.
These criteria may be adjusted based on other equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Salary Range:
$81,223.00 - $129,956.00 Annually
